I thought we were having a drought?

Nothing too exciting to report. Back at school for term 3 and extremely busy organising Athletics Carnivals and Interschool Sport Cluster Days. However, things are up in the air as the forecasts predicts rain this week so I may have to postpone carnival. What I don't understand is that every major carnival this year it has either stormed (after swimming) or rained (during cross country & prior to athletics). It even rained on my wedding day, so either we're not experiencing a drought or I'm just one unluckly gal!
